Refund policy

At KRIZNAUT, we value the impression we leave after the sale. Please carefully review our return, exchange, and refund policy to ensure smooth processing.


General Policy (Applicable to All Products)

Unboxing Requirement: We advise our customers to record a video of the unboxing as proof of the product's condition upon delivery to qualify for any return, exchange, or refund, if any.

Brand Tag & Garment Seal: The brand tag and garment seal must remain untampered and unbroken at all times. Any tampered or broken tag/seal will disqualify the product from returns or exchanges.

Time Limit: The exchange window is 7 days starting from the day the product is received by the customer.

Fabric Defects after use/wash: In the case of fabric defects, each case will be assessed individually. The discretion to address and resolve such matters lies solely with KRIZNAUT.

Packing for Returns/Exchanges: It is the customer's responsibility to properly pack and wrap the product when returning it for an exchange or refund. If needed, we can guide customers on how to do so. However, if the product we receive is in an abnormal condition, the return or exchange will not be entertained, and the product will be duly returned.


Customized Products

Alteration Policy

    • Free Alteration: Customers are entitled to one free alteration at the time of order placement.
    • Further Alterations: For any additional alterations, customers must provide precise measurements. Additional charges will apply on a cost basis, and shipping fees both ways will be borne by the customer.
    • Alteration Timeline: Alterations will take 2-3 working days after receiving the item. The product will be shipped back only after the balance amount is fully paid via online payment, regardless of the original payment method (including Cash on Delivery).

Return/Exchange Policy

    • Brand Tag & Garment Seal: Both the brand tag and garment seal must remain unbroken for the product to qualify for a return or exchange.
    • Eligibility & Window: Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect product/color, in such case the return or exchange must be placed within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Customer Choice: The customer may choose between an exchange or a refund. 

Refunds

    • Defective or Incorrect Product/Color: A full refund will be processed.
    • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 3 working days.


Un-Customized Products

Alterations Policy

    • Free Alteration: No Free alterations are applicable to products once sold and sent.
    • Further Alterations: For any alterations, customers must provide precise measurements. Additional charges will apply on a cost basis, and shipping fees both ways will be borne by the customer.
    • Alteration Timeline: Alterations will take 2-3 working days after receiving the item. The product will be shipped back only after the balance amount is fully paid via online payment, regardless of the original payment method (including Cash on Delivery).

Return/Exchange Policy
